Please read the specific terms of our satisfaction agreement below:

1. The 90-Day "Fair Shot" Trial Period
To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must give SurgeGEL a fair, consistent shot.

The Commitment Requirement: You must use SurgeGEL as directed for a full 90 consecutive days starting from the exact date your tracking number shows the product was delivered to your door.

Why? Because clinical vasodilation and localized micro-circulation pathways require consistent saturation to reach peak efficiency.

2. The 10-Day Return Window
If you have used SurgeGEL consistently for the full 90 days and are genuinely unsatisfied with your results, you have a 10-day grace period immediately following your 90-day trial to initiate your return.

Your return request must be submitted to our support team between Day 91 and Day 100 from your original delivery date.

Requests made before Day 91 or after Day 100 do not qualify for the satisfaction guarantee and will not be processed.

3. Bottle Return Requirements
To successfully receive your refund after your 90-day trial, you must return the physical components of your package:

For Tier 2 (Buy 2, Get 1 Free) and Tier 3 (Buy 3, Get 2 Free) packages, you must return all used/empty bottles along with any remaining unopened, factory-sealed bottles to our fulfillment center.

Note: This guarantee applies exclusively to our multi-bottle conditioning tiers (Tier 2 and Tier 3), as a single 30-day bottle is structurally insufficient to complete the required 90-day conditioning cycle.

4. How to Claim Your Refund

Contact Support: Email us at support@surgegel.com within your 10-day grace period (Days 91–100 post-delivery).

Verify Delivery: Provide your full name, order number, and delivery date so our team can verify your eligibility window.

Ship It Back: You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and our secure return warehouse address. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Processing: Once our warehouse receives and logs your returned bottles, a full refund of your purchase price (minus original shipping costs) will be issued to your credit card within 5–7 business days.
